For standard surveying equipment and safety products, our MOQ is flexible. We accept small trial orders to test the market, and for regular customers, we can accommodate bulk orders based on specific project requirements.
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. We can customize product parameters, packaging details, and even develop specific models according to your market needs or technical requirements.
We operate strict quality control systems from raw material inspection to final packaging. Our products are tested under international standards, and we provide necessary certificates (such as CE) to ensure reliability and performance in the field.
Product Technical & Surveying FAQ
Payment is usually charged once your order is successfully placed and confirmed. For customized lifting and material handling equipment, such as electric pallet trucks, cranes, truck-mounted cranes, hoists, or winches, production or shipment will begin after the payment or deposit has been received.
If you choose bank transfer or other offline payment methods, please send us the payment confirmation so our team can process your order as soon as possible.
A wishlist allows you to save the products you are interested in for future review or purchase. You can add items such as manual pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks, cranes, hoists, winches, or truck-mounted cranes to your wishlist and compare them later.
This is useful if you are still checking product specifications, load capacity, lifting height, power options, or shipping details before placing an order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery. Provide your order number, product photos, packaging photos, and a short description of the issue.
Our after-sales team will check the situation and provide a suitable solution, such as replacement parts, repair guidance, product replacement, or other after-sales support. Please do not use damaged lifting equipment before our team confirms it is safe.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be changed or cancelled before production, packaging, or shipment has started.
For customized products, such as special-capacity pallet trucks, customized cranes, truck-mounted cranes, electric hoists, or winches, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Our team will confirm the order status and assist you accordingly.
Package tracking allows you to check the shipping status of your order after it has been dispatched. Once your lifting or material handling equipment has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number or shipping document, depending on the shipping method.
For small parts or accessories, tracking may be available through express delivery. For larger equipment such as pallet trucks, cranes, hoists, winches, or truck-mounted cranes, tracking information may be provided through freight forwarders, sea shipping documents, or logistics updates from our sales team.
